Mi Vida, Mi Viaje is a teen pregnancy prevention program for girls ages 11-18.
Using a case management approach, issues regarding family, academics,
and community are identified and addressed. A service plan is put in to place
for each girl that includes linking them to community services such as Girls Inc.
programs, counseling, and healthcare. Parents/Guardians participate in
monthly workshops on topics such as boundaries, communication, and stress
management.
