Fundance is a summer program for girls ages 5-13.
The program is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care to serve 156 girls at the main site located at 50 High Street.
The Fundance summer program will run from June 25th through August 28th, 2012. The program is open Monday-Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm.
In groups of thirteen, members participate in numerous activities including:
- Sports and games
- Cooking
- Arts and crafts
- Hands-on science activities
- Literacy program and summer reading
Members also participate in weekly field trips, theme day celebrations and beach outings.
Breakfast and afternoon snack are provided for all members. Members must bring their own lunch. Members must also bring sun block, a swimsuit and towel everyday.
Transportation to the program is available from home to the program for $6 daily. Transportation from the program to the member’s home is also available for $6 daily or $9 both ways daily. Parents may also drop-off and/or pick-up their daughters at the center.
The cost of the program is $110.00 per week plus one time payment of $30.00 for field trips. Vouchers are accepted.
Registration for Fundance is during the month of May. Space is limited. Registration will be conducted by appointment only. The registrations process includes, completing an application package and determining fee. A deposit of the first and last weeks’ fees is necessary at the time of registration.
